Legendary Exterior Care provides House Soft Washing, Pressure Washing Service, Driveway Pressure Washing, Patio Deck Cleaning, Pool Deck Cleaning, Fence Washing Service, Exterior Surface Cleaning, Trash Bin Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Legendary Exterior Care (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legendary Exterior Care's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Legendary Exterior Care in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Legendary Exterior Care against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
